Body of Christ Assembly

Affirmation of Faith

We are the Body of Christ Assembly, a church that believes in the family.

We believe that anyone can be born into this family by repenting of their sins, by faith accepting Jesus Christ as their savior and by being baptized in his wonderful name according to the scripture which we believe to be the infallible word of God.

We believe in the family unit. Where husbands love their wives as Christ loved the church and they submit themselves one to another in the fear of God according to the scriptures.

We believe in parenting with love, understanding, communication and discipline, training our children in the way that they should go and teaching them to love God with all their hearts.

We believe in the universal family of humanity. We believe that God created all men equal and chose to reveal his glory through each unique race and culture. We believe that all things were created by God for his purpose, pleasure and glory.

We believe in the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the power of prayer and moral purity. We believe in supporting the work of God through tithes and offerings.

We believe in the vision of the Body of Christ Assembly as it is set forth by our founder, Bishop Eric Kincaid Clark
